New Guests
We’re so glad you’re here. For all new guests, we offer a complimentary consultation to help your stylist understand your goals, provide timing and pricing, and make sure the experience feels like the right fit for you. Consultations are a great way to connect, ask questions, and plan your appointment with confidence.
For all new color or highlight appointments, a credit card on file or a 50% deposit is required to reserve your time. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Service Adjustments & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your service, we’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are scheduled just like a regular appointment and must be requested within two weeks of the original service. To ensure consistency, adjustments are completed by the original stylist whenever possible.
Please note that services performed by apprentices or associates are not guaranteed. Any adjustments for these services must be scheduled with the apprentice or associate who originally provided the service.
Product Returns
We take pride in the professional products we carry. If you’re not satisfied with a product purchase, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are always a great idea and can be purchased for:

Any dollar amount

Any individual service or combination of services
Gift cards never expire. Please note that lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and are non-refundable. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To respect our stylists’ time and guests on our waitlist, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

First late cancellation (within 24 hours): No charge — things happen.

No-show (first time): 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.

Second no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure we stay on time for all guests.
Pets
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not permitted inside the salon unless they are service animals, in accordance with TDLR regulations.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. A credit card is required to reserve appointments but will only be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

Seeing a Different Stylist
We understand that schedules, pricing, or simply wanting a fresh perspective can sometimes lead guests to try a different stylist. You’re always welcome to ask for a referral within our team. Our stylists support one another, and we keep detailed service histories and color formulas to ensure continuity of care. Many of our team members have trained through our in-house apprenticeship program, so no matter who you see, you can expect the same level of quality and professionalism.
Children in the Salon
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children be brought to the salon only when they are scheduled to receive a service.
